First time na nangyari rito na three days ago napuno itong Parañaque — dito sa Parañaque nangyari ito, dati hindi nangyayari ‘yan. Dahil unang-una, ang daming basura, nasira pa ‘yung trash trap, tapos ang dami talagang bumagsak na tubig.

‘Yung bumagsak na tubig in the last week is the equivalent of one month’s rainfall, almost one meter. Kaya tayo nagkakaganito, nagkakaproblema tayo ng ganito.
